SOME OF OUR RECENT PUBLICATIONS

Some of our work is of a private nature and confidentiality considerations indicate that we can not provide details of this type of work. However, much of our work has been published, in accordance with various Corporations Law or Stock Exchange listing rule requirements, and we can provide limited details of those assignments without breaching confidentiality restrictions.

Our engagements which resulted in published reports have varied from project assessments in prospectuses through to project valuations, either on a stand alone basis or where we reported to third party independent experts, to asset valuations which we used in our own independent expert reports to provide our opinions on the fairness and reasonableness of the proposed transactions, pursuant to various provisions of the Corporations Law or ASX listing rules.

PDF versions of some of the recent reports published by us are available for downloading as examples of our work. These reports were prepared in the context of particular transactions, and were addressed to persons who were entitled to rely on the reports in the context of those transactions. Project assessments and project and securities valuations change over time. As the transactions for which the reports were prepared have now been completed or terminated, no one should now rely on the reports.

If you wish to obtain copies of some of our reports as examples of our work, you may do so providing you agree that they are being provided to you as samples, and that, because they are not addressed to you and because the transaction for which they were prepared have now been completed or terminated, you will not now rely on them.
